From June
It has been a long time since I posted on the blog. But I did take some pictures in June and I would like to show you some of those.

I took some strawberry's into my class for them to eat. Mummy had some rocket (that's the spiky green leaves you can see) in her sandwich and she said it tasted very nice.

What you need in the garden.
There are a few things that are really important in the garden. Firstly you must have a trowel. That is really important. Without a trowel you CAN NOT do any gardening! Secondly you must have a brush. It keeps your garden tidy. Thirdly you have to have a pair of gardening gloves. If you do not have a pair of gloves your hands will get really sore and will start to itch and be extremely muddy! You also need a watering can. I will now show you the pictures of the things I have just now told you.

How to plant your plants.
First of all you have to get just the right amount of soil in the pot. It is best to start with the pot filled to about the middle. Then put your plant food in. Cover it all up, putting soil over the top to the brim. Next you make a hole and put your bought plant inside. Cover your plant's root's and viola! you have your own plant. Then you HAVE to water them. Its best to water the soil rather than splashing the leaves because if you do they could get burnt. Doesn't it feel good when you have done a bit of gardening?

Intro
Hi fellow viewers! I am Emily. I am 9 years old. It seems a little young to be doing a blog but my mummy has a lot of blogs which is what inspired me to do a blog of my very own. Well here is my gardening blog which will be full of quizzes and facts about how to make your garden the best garden!
I have planted strawberry plants, lettuces, pumpkins, tomatoes, rainbow chard, runner beans, spinach and one cucumber plant. My mummy bought the plants at www.rocketgardens.co.uk. I am going to show you some of the pic's that I took!
